Order Form

INSTRUCTIONS:

Using this form, former and current UNB students can place orders and make payment for official transcripts securely over the web. After submitting your order, a total will be calculated and payment MUST be made using a valid credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or AMEX) before exiting this service. Transcript(s) will not be released if outstanding fees are owed to the university. 

  • Your transcript will state your entire academic history at UNB. Partial transcripts are not issued. Please ensure your grade has been posted and your credit hours updated prior to ordering a transcript.
  • ID will be required to pick up your transcript. If someone other than yourself will be picking up your transcript please place their name and permission in the note section on your order form.
  • Electronic transcripts - The Registrar's Office cannot produce electronic or emailed transcripts. We can only issue hard copies.
  • Regular Processing Time:   
    • Pick Up Requests- Processing time will take 3-5 business days. When your order is ready you will be notified by e-mail.  ID will be required to pick up your transcript in person. If someone other than yourself will be picking up your transcript, you must have provided their name and permission in the comment section of your order form. 
    • Canada Post Mail Requests-Processing time will take 3-5 business days in addition to your mail delivery time. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery depending on the destination. Once your order leaves UNB campus we are unable to track the expected delivery date. Please follow up with recipient to confirm your order arrived.
    • Fax Requests- processing time will take 3-5 business days.
    • Courier Requests (CDN/INT’L): transcript processing time will take 3-5 business days plus the courier delivery time based on your destination. Once your order is processed, you will be notified by email of your FedEx tracking number.  Please keep this tracking number for your reference in case follow up with FedEx is necessary.
  • Transcripts requested to be delivered via Fax are NOT considered official and will be marked as such.
  • UNB Applicants for Graduate Studies - If you are applying to UNB's School of Graduate Studies and have previously attended UNB and/or you are a UNB graduate, you DO NOT need to order an official transcript to include in your application package. Transcripts from your undergraduate and graduate programs are still required for your application package. However, the Graduate School will print an unofficial transcript and attach it to your application. If an official transcript is required, the Graduate School will notify you to order transcripts from the UNB transcript office 
  • UNB Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and English Language Programme (ELP) - please note OHS & ELP students are unable to use this order system for transcript requests. Requests for an official non-credit academic record can be ordered at http://www.unb.ca/cel/support/academic-record.html or by contacting celtranscripts@unb.ca
  • GRADUATING STUDENTS: The graduation segment stating your degree title and conferral will not appear on your transcript until AFTER your graduation date. Please hold your transcript order until this date as it will not appear in advance of your graduation date.

  • CGFNS (Fredericton, Moncton and Humber Campus Students) -If you are applying to the Commission on Graduates for Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) you DO NOT need to order an official transcript. Please submit your application package directly to the Faculty of Nursing’s Administrative Assistant, Julia McKeown (j.mckeown@unb.ca) and a copy of your transcript will be submitted by the faculty directly to CGFNS with your application.

  • Unofficial Student transcripts - The Unofficial Transcript is available for current students through the MyUNB Intranet under the "Academics Tab". Within the "Unofficial Transcript" tab in Colleague Self Service, students can select "UNB Official Credit Transcript". A download of the unofficial transcript will appear. Once you have graduated an Official copy of your transcript is your only option and can be ordered below.

Transcript Fees: $12.00 per transcript ordered. There is no additional fee to send a transcript through regular mail with Canada Post.

 

Fax Fee: $15.00 (Flat Rate)

$30.00 within Canada (per address)
$55.00 international (per address)
Courier orders ship priority overnight/international with FedEx. These orders will receive a tracking number. Please note that FedEx requires a street address to deliver orders correctly; they cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
